Experienced Certified Instructors
Instructors at CoachMeFit have earned certification in personal training.
All are CPR certified. Many have degrees in fitness-related fields: movement
science, nutrition, and physiology. They know how to create workouts
that are safe, effective, and challenging for any body type. In the course
of your training, you learn proper form and how to use a variety of equipment,
which empowers you to work out correctly, even on your own.

Every day we see how personal training can cause a transformation. Almost overnight, clients become motivated to make exercise and a healthy diet part of their routine. They feel more positive, less stressed and have more energy.
Lindsay enjoys all aspects of running CoachMeFit, but her greatest triumph is seeing
a reluctant client become eager to exercise. Lindsay’s warmth and enthusiasm set the tone
for the positive energy that fills the studios. Her training style is best described as, “it hurts so good.”
Franklin is the perfect example of a trainer who practices what he preaches. With his focused personality, he’s a stickler for form and proper execution. He’s outstanding at helping clients find their appropriate intensity level for optimal results. He’s also a great resource for nutrition information.
While working on her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Jen was an enthusiastic member of the rugby team. The jobs she had following graduation didn’t bring her the joy that physical fitness did. Now as a personal trainer, Jen is working at what she is most passionate about.
Joe sees every training session as an opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. He’s great at challenging his clients to reach beyond their comfort zones — work a bit harder, sweat a little more. That’s what he did to become a state hockey champion in high school.
Lisa’s own fitness game plan is to combine fun and exercise (she’s into yoga, softball, distance running, and rollerblading to name a few), so it’s not surprising she advocates the same for her clients. She makes sure they work hard, but have fun doing it.
Katie designs workouts that emphasize basic exercises that, when done properly, produce awesome results. Speaking of awesome results, Katie routinely competes in triathlons, road races, urbanathlons, and weight-lifting matches, even at the Olympic level.
If you want proof that staying fit keeps you young and energized, get to know Sharon. She became a trainer when she was well past 50, so she understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy weight, balance, and strength later in life. For her clients, she’s a fountain of youth.
Ann Marie’s exceptional skills as a trainer, together with her easy laugh and caring personality, have brought her an exceptionally loyal roster of clients. Seeing how attentive she is to clients, it is easy to see that being a mother to Dylan and Jake is the joy of her life.
Kelly is a true professional who doesn’t stop helping clients just because the session is over. She holds them accountable to their at-home workouts and nutritional regimes. She makes each client's fitness her personal priority.
Once a professional interior landscaper, Bill knows the practical value of maintaining strength and balance and avoiding injury as people age. He’s sharp, thoughtful and centered. Once personal training was his serious hobby; now it’s his second career.
Amy’s hobbies — running, biking, snowboarding, tennis, and basketball — say it all. She is passionate about fitness. Personal training and coaching women’s sports give her many opportunities to share her energy and positive attitude.
Jen is all about focusing on her clients' specific needs. She often provides articles or other types of fitness information to further motivate her clients. For Jen, training is as much fun as it is work — a balance that clients appreciate.
